Skilltrees was founded by two technologists who had a simple idea; that personal development and upskilling can and should be engaging and beneficial for both the organisation and the employee.

We want to change how people and organisations view their skills. Instead of seeing them as decimals to be filed away in a system once a year, we believe they should be center stage!
Skilltrees is a skills tracking platform that incentivises upskilling and allows organisations to identify and resolve their skills gaps - in a way that benefits everyone.
